What happens if an item shows sold out? Can I still get it?
Our custom designs are made to order so you will be notified that it is available and can be made custom for your order.
Why such a long turn around time?
We set the longer turnaround time to always make sure we can complete your order to perfection and punctually. We are a small family run team and work around the clock to get your orders processed on time. Although likely your order will be made and shipped out very quickly, we would like that little extra window of time to be able to be certain that your order has been perfect.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time we do not ship overseas, but if there is ever an increasing demand for it we will definitely look into offering it for all of our customers.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS at this time. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How are your shirts printed? We are a 100% direct to garment printing company
What are the brand of shirts you are using? We use so many here at Kru! Every product will list specifics about the item. We currently are partnered with: Bella+Canvas, Next Level, District, Gildan, Chicka-D, and other great brands.
We use ultra-soft, premium triblend or 50/50 poly cotton blend unisex shirts. Unisex tees are extra comfortable & flattering for all shapes and sizes, but if your prefer a more fitted look you may consider sizing down and of course, size up if you prefer an oversized feel.
Can I return my shirt?
Although we know you will LOVE your item and will never have a need to return it, we always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but in the event that you do need to return an order, we’re more than happy to help! Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process on how to ship it back and get you the shirt that you really want!
